If you ask for a coffee at Formartine's you will be served with one of our two great fair trade blends
Crema - Used in our Espresso based coffees, Crema is a medium roast coffee with a sweet, nutty aroma and a soft roast, balance flavour. A blend of beans from Peru, Brazil, Tanzania and Indonesia
Tiki - Used in our Filter coffee Tiki is a medium roast coffee with soft, citrus flavour and a fresh aroma with notes of greenfruit. It is a blend of beans from Bolivia, Peru and Honduras
What type are you?
Espresso - The basis of almost all our coffees. Brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through freshly, finely ground coffee beans. Served in a small espresso cup, single or double.
Cappuccino - An espresso topped up with equal amounts of steamed milk and microfoam and topped with light dusting of chocolate powder (1 part espresso, 1 part milk, 1 part foam). Regular or large.
Latte - An espresso topped up with steamed milk and a short topping of microfoam (1 part espresso, 4 parts milk, 1 part foam). Regular or large.
Americano - An espresso lengthened with hot water. Have it black or with milk. Regular or large.
Mocha - An espresso mixed with hot chocolate and topped up with steamed milk. Regular or large.
Cortado - An espresso topped up with steamed milk in a small cortado cup. (2 parts espresso, 1 part milk)
Flat White - A ristretto shot of coffee (brewed with less water for a stronger flavour) topped up with steamed milk. Always served in a regular sized cup or our coffee glass.
Filter coffee - Plain and simple. Our Tiki blend coffee. Have it black or with milk.
